Our
system was designed and developed by a team of
experienced software engineers and business
experts. Prior to developing our software
a large national survey was conducted to determine
the best medium to utilize for both capturing a
client's home inventory as well as presenting it
to them as a final product.
Secure
Data Storage:
Our
survey results found that homeowners are not
comfortable having their personal and confidential
information stored on a web based home inventory
storage service. It was no great surprise that our
survey confirmed homeowner concerns with having
their private information stored on the web and
the fear of all their personal asset information
being exposed by a computer hacker. We've all
heard news reports of computer systems being
hacked so the web storage solution is simply not
an option.
Service
Contract: Our software solution is installed
locally on your computer so that you are in full
control of both the software and the data with no
dependency on an outside service which may not
always be in business. We provide a simple backup
utility you can run on a regular basis to save all
your data to a CD, DVD or another disk drive which
you can keep offsite in a location such as a safe
deposit box. You will have peace of mind knowing
that you control the data and have your own secure
backup procedures.
The service contract also
has a confidentiality section which we sign so you
are confident that your personal information will
not be shared with anyone. Call
